Precedence when fully activated: Section + Field → Section → Region → Supplier → 0.5 default. Only Supplier trust drives golden aggregation today — edits reach workers within ~5 min. The Win rate column on Section/Field tabs is empirical evidence from the quality rollup (who actually wins per section) — read-only, it does not drive aggregation.
